Ultimate Guide To Catching Humans In Palworld

While catching Pals in Palworld is a natural part of the game, players may be unaware of the fact that they also have the ability to catch humans. Unlike Pal catching, Human catching is regarded as inhumane by the game, so most players may never even realize they’re capable of doing so unless they try.

The process for catching both Pals and humans is relatively similar. Pal Spheres, despite the name, are capable of capturing a wide variety of things, including humans. However, it’s important to note that humans will serve a different purpose than Pals at your base.

Even though Palworld is filled with different things to do, there’s one mechanic teased that should probably never make it into the game.

How To Catch (& Use) Humans In Palworld

First and foremost, to catch a human, you must find one. Luckily, there are several human encounters in Palworld, including Thugs, FPA Devouts, and more. So, with a Pal Sphere in hand, head out to the location of the one you hope to catch. Remember that the odds of landing a successful catch on a human are extremely low, so unless you get fortunate, you will need several Pal Spheres on hand.

While virtually any human you encounter can be captured and used at your base, the only ones you won’t be able to catch are the powerful Syndicate bosses in Palworld, so don’t bother wasting any Pal Spheres.

As with Pals, there are ways to increase your odds and potentially decrease the amount of Pal Speres needed. First, ensure that the human’s health is as low as possible. Second, try to bring better Pal Spheres since using the regular Pal Sphere would make it significantly harder. Note that when you successfully catch humans, Palworld will remind you that catching humans is not the game’s intention, but you can still do it if you choose to.

10 Hidden Features In Palworld That Will Improve Your Experience

Palworld is an immensely fun and surprisingly large game, but there aren’t many directions, leaving people to miss these hidden features.

Once captured, humans will not perform all the same services that Pals perform at player bases. Humans can only work on the crafting benches, making various items at the base. Additionally, at your base, they will also require a bed and food, as Pals do. Humans can join your party as well, but they’re weak and do not have partner skills, making them virtually useless.

So, while it may be fun to experiment with catching and even renaming humans, they won’t offer much. Humans can be sold to Pal Merchants like any other Pal, and different humans offer different prices, but even then, the reward is not worth the effort required. Therefore, Pal Spheres are better spent on catching strong Pals that can either be fully utilized at the base or act as valuable party members in Palworld.
